Welcome on Palace on Wheels for its wonderful and delightful royal journey. This journey gives the experience of erstwhile Maharajas. As the time passes Palace On wheels journey becomes imperial in style, which only enjoyed by Raja and Maharajas in the past. Palace on wheels include luxurious cabins, wall with beautiful carpet, a bar, two dining cars and other some personalized service. It is like haven on earth for seven days. Almost it contains every thing for your pleasure.
Individual Facilities :
Accomodation: There are 14 fully air-condition saloons. Each saloon contains combination of 4 double bedded chambers rooms. There are various facilities available here such as intercom, attached toilets, running hot and cold water and others.
Luggage Collection: Luggage picked and dropped facility is provided from your respective saloon
Arrival Kit: Arrival Kit is provided to each guest at the time of the arrival. This kit includes some stationary items, magazines, cards and others items. For anything else, can ask for, form the attendant which is always present for service.
Attendant ‘Khidmatgar’: Another attendant is present for your service to take care of your need during travel. This attendant is called as Khidmatgar
Meals: From variety of meals you can choose of from choice. There meals are of type Continental, Chinese, Indian and Rajasthani and some other is available on the Palace on Wheels.
Mineral Water: Water is provided in the purest form. Mineral water is available during the whole journey.
Newspapers/Magazines: At everyday morning daily newspapers provided with the  hot cup of tea or your choice of drink. Large collections of current magazines are also available.
Security: Full-proof security is arrangements are provided and also personal things are make private in the train.
Toiletries: Essential toiletries like soaps, shampoos, moisturizers of your choice are provided in the train.
Common Facilities:
BAR: A bar is there has a collection of wine, liquor of well brands. This helps to make in Good Mood.
Indoor Games: Various indoor-games are available for playing. Such as Chess, Playing Cards, Chinese checkers, Carom Board, Crossword Puzzles and more are available.
Lounge: A lounge for relaxing, interacting, making friends, getting together and indulging in games.
Mail Box: A mail box is provided on board, for posting your mail.
Medical AID: First Aid is provided at the train and we arrange doctors on call at the next station of the train.
Restaurants: There are two generous restaurants are present. These named as “The Maharaja” and “The Maharani” for service. Here Continental, Chinese, Indian and Rajasthani cuisines dishes are present.
Shopping: Shopping arrangement is also available on the journey. Handicrafts and some other items of Rajasthani origin is available at the Emporia owned by the state Government while visiting Places covered by the train.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed at the train, but if want to smoke, contact your captain. He will give you the guidance to smoke.
ATM/Satellite Phone: These facililities are not available yet, but soon we start providing the ATM and Satellite Phone facility for the guests on board the train.
