Day 01: Arrival in Chennai
All India Travel Tours representative receives  your from Chennai Airport with warm welcome. Then you will be escorted to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in at hotel. Chennai, the capital city of Tamil Nadu, is considered as the “Gateway of South India”. After lunch, go on sightseeing tour of Chennai. Visit the famous National Art Gallery & Museum. The museum remains closed on Friday. It has a selection of ancient paintings of almost all schools as well as section devoted to modern art. Visit the magnificent Fort St George and the St Mary’s Church. Drive along Marina Beach – the second longest beach in the world. Also visit the San Thome Cathedral and the Mylapore Shiva Temple. In the evening enjoy shopping. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Chennai – Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Mahabalipuram visiting en route magnificent temples at Kanchipuram, also called the golden city of thousand temples. At Kanchipuram you will visit famous temples like Varadharaja Perumal Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Kailashanathar Temple, Ekambareshwar Temple, Vaikuntha Perumal Temple, etc. Continue to Mahabalipuram. On arrival, indulge in sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram covering Shore Temple, Thirukadalmallai Temple (dedicated to Hindu Lord Vishnu), Arjuna’s Penance, Varaha Rock Cut Temple, Panch Rathas (Five Chariots), etc. Witness the spectacular sunset view from beautiful  beaches of Mahabalipuram. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at hotel at Mahabalipuram.
Day 03: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry
Take your breakfast at the hotel and drive to Pondicherry, once a French settlement. On arrival at Pondicherry, All India Travel Tours representative will greet and transfer you to your hotel. Later proceed on sightseeing tour of Pondicherry covering attractions like Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville, Pondicherry Museum, Botanical Garden, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Navagraha Temple, Sacred Heart Church, Jumma Masjid, etc. In the evening relax beautiful Puducherry Beach. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at hotel at Pondicherry.
Day 04: Pondicherry – Gangaikonda  Cholapuram – Darasuram – Swamimalai
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Gangaikonda Cholapuram and Darasuram. Visit ancient & heritage temples. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Swamimalai Heritage Resort.
Day 05: Swamimalai
Take your breakfast. Experience traditional crafts such as bronze statue making and pottery. In the evening, enjoy cultural program. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Swamimalai.
Day 06: Karaikudi
Visit to the Pullamangai Temple, Tanjore Temple and Museum. Drive to Karaikudi district to visit old merchants houses build in traditional style. Also visit the Chettinad Palace Dinner and overnight stay will at hotel at Karaikudi.
Day 07: Karaikudi – Dindugal
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Dindugal and check-in at a quite traditional home for overnight stay. Explore local villages and meet local people. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Dindugal.
Day 08: Dindugal – Madurai
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Madurai – the second largest city of Tamil Nadu. On arrival at Madurai, check-in at your hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later, proceed on sightseeing tour of Madurai. Major attractions include Nayak Palace, Gandhi Museum and MeenakshiTemple. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Madurai – Kovalam
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kovalam visiting en route Padmanabapuram Teak Palace. Check-in at hotel on arrival at Kovalam. Dinner & overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Kovalam
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy beach activities. Relax at beach. Kovalam is one of the finest beach resorts in the world. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11: Kovalam – Thottapally – Houseboat
Take your breakfast. Drive to Thottapally en route visiting Krishnapuram Palace. On arrival, check-in at luxury houseboat. Enjoy backwater cruise sailing thorough serene and scenic waterways. Dinner and overnight will be onboard the houseboat.
Day 12: Alleppey – Kochi
You will be transferred to Alleppey by motor boat. Later drive to Kochi, formerly known as Cochin. On arrival at Kochi, check-in at hotel. Later proceed on sightseeing tour of Kochi visiting Mattancherry Dutch Palace, Fort Kochi, Colonial Buildings, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese Fishing Nets, St Francis Church, etc. In the evening, witness Kathakali Dance Show. Day 13: Kochi – Onward
